I am a Chartered Mathematician and have spent over twenty years in engineering. I have spent a lot of time in higher education in the fields of Electronic Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science. I have had a life with ups and downs the same as everybody else.

Because of my experience, patience and empathy, I believe that I have something to offer people to help them solve their own problems.

Life Coaching is an unregulated field in the UK and anybody can call themselves a Life Coach. I do have a Level 5 Diploma in Life Coaching, but this only gives me an overview of the basic skills of a life coach and what a person would expect from one. I believe that my life experience is valuable and I can give advice where required. But I am really here to help you to help yourself and I am a good listener.

Training

I have experience of training adults and I am able to offer training in literacy, numeracy and computer skills for adults. This is either one-to-one or in groups.

Availability

At the moment, I offer my services through the Shaw Trust, a charity helping people get back into work. For this reason I am not available to offer my services privately.
